Yesterday was great day for New Hope. We had one of our largest deliveries yet….a mom with 4 kids into a 4 bedroom, 2-story home.  We filled up 2 large trailers with everything you could think of: beds, dressers, mattresses, a couch, chairs, tv, loads of decor, linens, dishes and a lot of holiday cheer.  The reveal was pretty special too.  The kids were literally screaming with joy, running through the house to see their bedroom.  They had been sleeping on blow up mattresses for over a month and a half.  They returned to discover comfy beds, bedding, posters on the wall and toys for each child.  They all agreed it was the best Chrismtas gift ever! We realize that many of you look forward to our before and after pics.  However, this mom asked that we not post any pictures of their home.  We never know what these families have been through and while we would have loved to let you see the transformation, we know it’s the right thing to do.  This massive move day wouldn’t have been possible without the volunteers from F3 (Fitness, Fellowship, Faith). They stepped up in a big way and we are so thankful to each of them!
